SBC Sites can be added by System Admin and Service Provider operators only.

The Site Locations page in the Customer portal is now accessible to Customer operators who can now manage SBC Prefixes. Customers can configure regular E164 prefixes.

Customer operators can remove numbers that they have added themselves.
